What do I still want to learn in Life Skills and Personal Finance...

I would like to learn a little bit more about housing and what to look for and what you need to avoid. When I go to look for an apartment, I want to be confident in my choices and now get "screwed over" and regret getting into a written contract and be stuck there for a period of time.
Also, be able to know what I will have to make an hour to afford a certain payment for my apartment then i will know if i need to get a second job to afford it.
